Quality Management

i really recommend the students to go to the classes and don't miss any of them. most of the slides don't have the resolution of the exercises. there were multiple questions, T/F, and open questions with calculations in the exam. the professor teaches very well, and even if you don't have statistical background, she can help you with it.
