The professor is good, however the teaching feels a bit unclear sometime, it seems like she didn't really know how to simplify, which is not bad in itself, but it affected me.

Aulas dadas com base nos apontamentos fornecidos. Havia dois tipos de exercícios que dependendo da preferência de cada um podem se aplicar mais à sua forma de estudo e ajudar na melhor compreensão da materia Os testes são, por vezes, parecidos com alguns exercícios dos apontamentos.

No início esta cadeira pode parecer difícil mas à medida que se segue as aulas e se faz a maioria dos exercícios recomendados as coisas fluem. Os resumos fornecidos ajudam bastante a perceber aquilo que foi dado nas aulas. As aulas teórico-práticas são bastante importantes pois à medida que são introduzidos novos conteúdos os professores apresentam exemplos pertinentes e às vezes até de testes passados.

Very important course as it serves as basis for most other engineering courses. The workload can be challenging for first year students and the concepts are rather abstract but most people can succeed in this course with adequate studying.

Tem que se estar constantemente a estudar para os maps, mas os resumos do prof são uma salvação, assim como as aulas de Problemas.

The biggest tip is to put in a lot of effort on the first test because it's the easiest to get a good grade on. Our year teacher was nice and the materials were good. Going to class was essential, especially the Problem-solving one. YouTube videos also helped.

The teachers from my year were pretty good, they explained everything very thoroughly and the problem classes helped you understand everything right after.

The course work was actually easier than I was thinking at the start. It may look like a whole new language but you just need to pay attention and apply yourself and you should be fine.

Now in terms of materials I'd say the courses material (specially the Granja notes) are extremely important for the course, if you follow those and make sure to study (don't follow my bad footsteps) you should be able to pass very easily!
