The classes are definitely more difficult for people without a physics background, but the professor is very comprehensive and willing to help, and is very generous with grading as well. The classes are always taught in english as the professor is ukrainian and does not speak portuguese. They follow the book perfectly, so if you read the book at home you can follow the classes.
