Semicondutores e Dispositivos

Very interesting course: you will be able to understand all of the basics of semiconductors and the basic devices, widely used in the industry. The evaluation is based on delivering a worksheet every week (it doesn't matter if you get things right or not) and a final exam. Coming from a chemistry background, it was hard to follow the classes (heavy maths and missing physics bases). However, do not panic when you see that at first, because at home i was able to understand most of it (it did take a lot of my time though).
