Introduction to Programming

Gives basics of programming, very easy exam but the group project is way too hard for people with this little knowledge on the subject.

Easiest course ever, is not even a true course. You just spam AI to do the assignments and learn by heart on the exam and put questions of the mock on your cheat sheet.

Professor Ricardo is great, very engaging. The grading was totally fair (possible to get a 20).

Easy course that gives you some basics if you are really interested in learning. Group project takes time but it's easy to do with AI and actually useful. Very high grades in both assignments (4 individual ass) and the exam (no code, MC questions)

The course is super easy and you can easily get a good grade even if you don’t know much about programming (the exam is MCQ similar to the mock ones). However, if you are really expecting to learn how to become code, this is not the course for you, this is really just the basic level. Prof Richard was great (he was the one giving the theoretical classes), however the other ones didn’t show up most of the times and even if you sent emails to get some help they probably wouldn’t answer you. I took this course in S2 and they didn’t even published the individual grades of the assignments, exam and...

If you have some experience with programming in python and like it, then this course will be chill. If you have zero experience, then it will be a lot more work. Don't use chatgpt to do the assignments for you or you will learn nothing. Most classes are for working on assignments or independent learning.

Medium workload, but feasible with ChatGPT if you dont want to lose much time, because the assignments are extremely difficult for beginners. Easy to get a very good grade (18-20), but the teaching method was chaotic last semester. There are only 4 or 5 proper classes with the teacher (He's really good btw), and the rest only a TA will be present to help with the assignments, but it's really strange that they don't communicate at all with e-mails.
